Shri Ashok Khurana (Chairman)
The company has been promoted by Shri Ashok Khurana, a Commerce Graduate who has more than 30 years of vast experience in the field of construction. He is Managing Director of the company since January, 1995 and the main guiding force of the company. He has executed various types of projects such as mass housing & townships, multi - storied buildings, Industrial Projects for coal mines and fertilizers, overhead and underground water tanks, water retaining structures, flyover bridges etc.
 
 

He also holds directorship in MSK Projects (India) (JV) Limited, Super Infrastructure & Toll Bridge Pvt. Ltd., Mansha Textiles Pvt. Ltd., MSK Infrastructure & Toll Bridge Pvt. Ltd., MSK Highways Limited, MSK Projects (Himmatnagar Bypass) Pvt. Limited.
Shri Amit Khurana (Managing Director)
Qualifications : A Management Graduate

Expertise : He has around 10 years of experience in the construction business and is handling many projects of the Company independently.
Smt. Manju Khurana (Wholetime Director)
Expertise : She is looking after the General Administration of the Company since inception.

Other Details : She is one of the promoters of the company and is also on the board of MSK Projects (Kim Mandvi Corridor) Private Ltd, MSK Projects (Himmatnagar Bypass) Private Ltd, Mansha Textiles Private Ltd.

Shri C. Mohanan (Executive Director)
Qualifications : Commerce Graduate

Expertise : He has more than twenty years of experience in construction, he also looks after the accounting part of the company.
